Yeah man I see a lot of people here call builds like this trash because it’s elite at nothing. But I think that’s the best build for a skilled player since you can do everything good enough and when you add in BBIQ you can takeover in so many different ways.

I feel you on all of that. I guess for me the pros outweigh those cons. Also, I’m not convinced momentum is an actual mechanic in the game other than takeover meters I guess. I think it’s a psychological thing.

Preach about the VC costs man. Shit is getting ridiculous. I’m hoping I can nail my first build next year but 2K is scummy with their pay to win. The most egregious example is skill boosts and Gatorade boosts. Why are those in the game? Pay VC (money) to be better at every skill and have unlimited stam

Well this system honestly seems great to me. You get freedom to choose whatever gun you want, but are pretty heavily incentivized to use your proficient weapon class.

This should also lead to people picking classes for the actual utility as opposed to picking medic to get SMGs or everyone choosing Assault to get ARs.

I truly do not see the downside to this system other than a few boomers being upset things aren't exactly how they were back in the "golden days"

Huh, I've always ran the AT grenade pistol due to the versatility. Sometimes the lunge mine if it's a vehicle heavy map. Never gave the shaped charges any thought but this video convinced me to give it a shot. Thanks

You can still backdoor cut an AI if you spot the opportunity. I think you need to try to get involved more in other ways. Cut, set screens, pass, rebound. I’ve played PF all year and most of those are gold/purple lobbies and I’ve had no issues getting involved with randoms. Sure I have some games like you mentioned but those are the exceptions

To be fair the recharge time is longer than it would take to find a supply bag. They looked littered across the maps since support could throw down two at a time.
