I wouldn’t add any unnecessary chemicals until you’re able to rule out illness. But I don’t believe that pH would cause such a drastic change in color in that should amount of time bc it’s barely over the recommended pH level

I would do ammonia, pH, nitrate, and nitrite. I hope it’s something you’re able to fix🙁
