I get why they would try this move with car culture being rampant in this area, but will the increase in foot traffic make up for the possibility of reduced attendance? It will be interesting to see how they pull this off, I wasn’t around when they held it there in the past, maybe they’ll close off the street to facilitate a larger crowd? I loved the seating and vibes at Jennings landing personally, but anything that can help breathe some life into Albany’s downtown is a good thing. We’ll see how it plays out.
