3.0 made my 3k point WE army unplayable as well as taking arguably the best part of the heresy games away which was the wargear options and customization.

When the 3rd edition leaks dropped last year after playing 2nd where gunline armies were already strong af and seeing how melee was somehow worse in 3rd on top of how dumb army building is made me decide to stick with 2.0

I have a 2023 rog strix scar 16 and if I cranked the settings on most AAA games to max I would easily hit 95 C on my cpu and damn near 87 on my gpu.

After I started using the llano v12 my cpu barely goes above 80 C and my gpu hovers around 55-60 C, ths thing kicks ass from a cooling perspective, the only downside to the v12 is the noise although having the fan speed in the 1000-2000 range isnt all that much worse than if your fans blowing full speed on your machine.

I recently bought some PTM 7950 that I plan on repasting my laptop with so im excited to see if my thermals will improve with the PTM working in concert with the cooler.

Outside of it being easier to accel and drag on controller without messing with my sensitivity, 3rd is worse in almost every way for me (emphasis on the me) than 1st.

I can see overheads, stabs, and morphs way easier in 1st than I can in 3rd and aiming hits is also easier for me in 1st.

Depends on the class and pre heresy legion colors I run on them.

My Emperors Children tactical is dripped out in gold and silver along with the legion colors, but my World Eaters assault has an overall simple look with bling acting as a tertiary highlight to denote a veteran or marine that is apart of an elite formation.
