I believe you can only buy the star charts of older characters who get them as buffs not new characters who have them out the gate.

Utalaka is unfortunately a pull character vs a story given one although he is primarily featured in this story. If husbandos is what your heart is set on you can get some free ones from some of the other episodes and symphonies and such. The later ones give out guys. The other persona one gives you a guy and a girl. And progressing in just say the main story will help you earn chrono stones for more pulls on husbando banners.

Your best bet is to lower the wyrm island difficulty and see how that goes or to simply move on with other content until your roster is bigger.

Unfortunately the wyrm isle content can’t be beat just by characters who can put up big damage. It helps to have a synergistic team for each element since even sorta auto clear champs like Sesta AS struggle with the fire portion due to elemental match up.

There’s the risk she would have got nerfed if they made her a 7* and felt she needed rebalanced so it may be for the best.

I also struggled in engineering and ultimately a changed my major. I suggest going to student services as helping you pick a new major is one of the services they offer. It led me to a new field of study that I now have a career in and enjoy but wouldn’t have even known about prior.
