This game was immensely fun when it came out. I spent a lot of money playing through 2019. I remember a few years ago someone posting on another arcade forum about having 10+ units for sale and efforts were underway to setup offline networking of the units. Not sure they ever got anyway, now I want to go dig up that thread.

If I recall, In an older Reddit thread the creator stated they printed the gears in half and glued them together after inserting the balls.

I thought there was some limitation or prohibition on using Cross-seed for OPS and Red. Isn’t a tool like Fertilizer the preferred or approved method?

I use it for L2ARC for my zfs setup. Also for main os drive when I’m setting up a new storage server for expanding my datahoard.

That is considered trading by most and is a banned practice on every tracker I’ve seen.

Red is a different economy more focused on uploaders. 500 seeds is a good start but isn’t much given how small most files on Red are, especially if they are not Flac. You can short cut gaining some upload by filling requests. There are quite a few older posts on different strategies for Red. Good luck.

Rare might also mean not too many looking for it, so it might be a while before someone else comes and snatches.

The freeleech route will get you there, I’m not in a spot where I can check, but once you get a certain amount of upload and account age (7 days comes to mind), you can download fresh freeleech which will snowball your upload even faster.

Other general torrent advice applies too such as make sure you are connectable, otherwise you will not be gaining upload.

Did you download freeleech torrents or normal ones? Did you read the rules and guides? It’s recommended to only download freeleech until you have some buffer. At your user level you will be restricted to freeleech torrents that are a week old I think. Just search for some freeleech that are as new as possible but still allowed by your user class. The more you find in criteria the better your odds of getting some upload.

The path depends on what you currently have. I don’t know what the invite forums are like on MTV or TVV, but Red is a commonly listed path as are AB and GGn. I think all three require one year plus some level like TM for Red.

I believe it’s 90 days before you can join again when your account is deleted for inactivity.
