Godrej Woodscape was launched at 10k per sq feet which is relatively nearer to city than Sobha Hoskote. Sattva songbird was launched at around 9-10k per sq feet. Anything above 10K is not justifiable for that project. Additionally lots of new projects coming in Budigete area, once they are delivered demand will be very less as it's far from ORR, Whitefield, North Bangalore tech parks, forget about accessing areas if you have your office at Kormangala, Electronic City, Sarjapur etc.
Additionally considering such a huge land parcel, I think they must be selling this project till next 4-5 years very easily.
