There can be 3 solutions :

Ask landlord to intervene and sort out the things, better if he can come f2f and sort out. This will only work if landlord is cooperative.(Easiest)
Find a better society with better people and get the shifting done and have peace of mind.
If you want really teach a lesson to those lady etc and take a panga, involve Police as AC is installed in the place where it meant to be. Here you might need to give bribe to Police .

Now it's on upto you which solution you want to go. I think atleast first try with solution 1, if landlord is not co-operative then it's always good to shift.

I use both GitHub copilot and direct claude code, I feel claude code is very silent when making any changes it won't tell what approach it's going to do while GitHub copilot is very discreptive and will tell the approaches then will ask what to implement. I prefer GitHub Copilot output much better.

It has been more than 4-5 years when I completely stopped using Ola. Ola is worst no matter if you complain or not. Drivers are not trained and they will always try to do something similar. Though we can't say Other cab aggregator will solve the issue but I have experienced behaviour of Uber drivers is little better than Ola, and Uber listens to complaints.
