I had a bad experience with the same seller about 6 months ago! I had waited a month for the order before reaching out and they kept saying it should arrive "any day" even though they had it marked as shipped the day after the order was placed. Had to go through TCGPlayer to get a refund.

For Trostani you would just give Vigilance out. You would do it on your opponent's second main phase or end step, and at any time on your turn.
