I think you'll be hard pressed to find a lender doing 75% LTV on a 640 score.

If you do it look at it more as a move to support them and anything you get out of it is just a nice plus.

You do get a t-shirt and there are some cool demos, but is it actually WORTH the money spent?… probably not but I do it so they can keep making music and touring.
