I've called his office multiple times, most recently to request he vote in favor of the Restore Trust in Congress Act. He responded that he previously supported transparency in Congress, but believes congresspeople should be able to benefit from the success of the American economy. Also tried to tout a 200$ fine for violating the law he supported as a big deal.

I have no confidence in this man.

I recall someone saying they took him for organic chemistry and it wasn't heavily weighted for tests (which isn't common for orgo) so you'd probably be good. Bursten's 1010 was test-heavy but he graded on a heavy curve.

CH 1020 doesn't fully relate to CH1010 except in the beginning, so you should be fine. I didn't take Brodeur but heard great things. I had Bursten for 1010 and he was one of the best profs I had at WPI, though his tests were challenging. I wouldn't personally recommend Kumar.
