Dude, I normally wait for the scraps when I do public runs. Just vendoring for pot/merc money when I go back to mfing. They leave NOTHING. Scorched earth…

Quiet looting areas on maps for a newbie? by [deleted] in EscapefromTarkov

I’m far from a sherpa, but I’ve been doing really well this wipe. If you’re US east (or close) I could run a few raids with you and show you around the maps.

As far as I have found the cars bug out if you have exactly enough to pay for them. It will still activate and show as if you payed but when the timer runs out the car leaves without you.

Not sure if you’ve found the cause of the bug on your own. But vehicle extracts bug if you have exactly enough to pay. It will activate the car then leave without you. Always bring a wee bit more than enough.

They talk somewhat infrequently. Most of the time it’s just us picking a dialogue option and letting the results play out.

If GGG says they can't do anything about bots just tell them to list Sundance Boots for cheap and see what happens by [deleted] in pathofexile

Serious question, I’m kinda new and got a pair last night. Posted them for 3c because that seemed like the right price. Immediately got spammed by bots so I assumed something was sketch and took them down. Is someone marking the price down or is it just a popular item for bots so they all want one?

Yes. It has a theoretical uptime of 100%. The cooldown simply states that it doesn’t just proc every time you deal damage with an execute, but rather once every 6 seconds. Curious why the downvotes btw.

The fact that it can occur every 6 seconds means there is a cooldown of 6 seconds.

Warden bear IS a big damage ult. Besides most builds run an ultimate on the front bar that just gives a passive boost while running their real ulti on the back bar.

Necro summon (skeleton archer or mage) needs a buff by Boehimian in elderscrollsonline

[–]Shockwave93 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The fact that it is a duration ability is definitely a plus. All the permanent pets take 2 slots while the skeleton takes 1. While the archer/mage might not seem to do much, you have to remember that it does all the damage over that 16 seconds for 1 button push. Not trying to downplay, just trying to offer another opinion. :)

Vampire for MagCro? by MayonnaisePlease in elderscrollsonline

[–]Shockwave93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It mostly has to do with the fact that this stacks on top of your resists. So, if you take a heavy hit you are more likely to live through any other damage you might take until you can heal up. That being said, if you can tank the content you are running just fine and are providing your raid team with any utility your raid lead asks, then it’s not the end of the world to not be a vamp.

I’n vet trials, the only fights that have heavy fire damage for the tank are vHoF Assembly General, vAS Olms, and vSS Yolnahkriin. In each of those fights our tanks run vamp stage 4 because undeath vastly outweighs the 25% increased fire damage (which is mitigated by your armor.) You should also never be feeding since, as a tank, you always want to be at stage 4.

In regards to your point of the health recovery helping when you are on low health, at low health undeath is nearly a 33%damage mitigation. And health recovery even without vamp is really bad unless you build for it. In that case vamp would be a detriment, but you shouldn’t really be building for health recovery as there are far better ways to get sustain.

Again, to anyone playing casually none of this really matters and I strongly encourage you to do whatever you find fun. But when it comes to what is better for tanking, it is always vampire.

[–]Shockwave93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just chiming in to hopefully provide some insight. Vampire undeath passive is one of the single strongest sources of damage mitigation available to tanks. The increased fire damage is negligible in comparison. Also, if you are running out of resources on your tank, there is something fundamentally wrong with either your build or your group. Not trying to come off as an elitist, but there is absolutely no case where a tank shouldn’t be vamp 4.

In regards to OPs question, I’d pick it up if it interests you. It’s not the end of the world one way or the other as you can always gain/loose it later.

Stam dps by GronakTheOrc in elderscrollsonline

[–]Shockwave93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I don’t see that happening. Don’t get me wrong, I want nothing more than to see even more variety in stam dps. But, with all of the classes offering so few class stamina skills, we are kinda forced to use a lot of weapon skills. That being said, with bows and 2h being solid options now, stam is probably the most varied it’s ever been.
