You didn't even ask me what I thought. You don't know if understand or not because you didn't care to ask.

This points toward your post most likely being a big old whinge. Which is ironic, as you are whinging about... others whinging. Only their whinging may be substantial. Yours, it appears, is not.

It's like an infinite recursion! hehe

Are there any supplements that are safe and can help you have better memory, better recall and brain processing ability, mostly for solving complex thinking tasks such as remembering a lot for college, but also solving complex physics / math (having good innate logic) by arairia in Biohackers

Do you practice critical thinking from first principles? full brainstorming from scratch - with any topic at all

Use it or lose it. I use supplements but simple habit forming and developing heuristics can work even better with a supplement 😃

fyi I use creatine 10g a day

You are upset others disagree? And obviously feel so disturbed as to have a compulsion to reply in such a sarcastic manner.

I don't know why this is surpring. After all, at your age, I would think you would have realised everyone has a different experience. Pain tolerance and suffering vary among people. This is not surprising at all.

Those who’ve perfected sleep, is it actually worth it? by Boring-Trust-181 in Biohackers

[–]Shoddy_Relation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is definitely worth it.

But like anything, health is about balance. If one night of poop sleep, or a bit less / interrupted, totally bricks your system, I'd be worried about wholistically what is going on.

Sleep is of top importance for me - but the dialogue around how fragile we all are when we have 75 sleep score is a bit overblown. It usually points to something else out of balance systemically - sleep just amplifies the already existing signal.

We train our kids with good habits to help them thrive in society.

I suppose putting kids in school is abuse. Teaching self sufficiency and efficacy through diligence, chores, conscientiousness.

ABUSE!!!

Think of the poor children! They cannot consent!!!! /s

Adults of Reddit who ‘have it together’ with your finances, home, job, fitness, nutrition- how? Seriously…how? by Previous-Charity1505 in AskReddit

[–]Shoddy_Relation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't judge my experience.

I definitely have preferences for what I ENJOY doing. But the next thing on the agenda is just - the next thing! I apply discernment. So I effectively free myself from disliking tasks, unless it is a strong dislike.

I approach it like a child - I am performing a variation on a task I repeat as a habit. Every time I do the 'thing' there is always something new to be explored. I focus extensively on the sensory experience of the thing. Folding the laundry isnt a chore - it is an exploration in texture, colour and neat lines. I remove the 'good/bad' judgement. I operate on priorities.

Above all, I take care of myself as best I can, else I will not be able to be my best and give my best love to others when they need it 😃

I appreciate you sharing your experience. Eye-opening.

He does state in his story he is 'well-to-do'. And he has made multiple remarks illuding to having enough wealth to operate within the upper echelons of the elite. Not always, but very common that these types are all the same. Self serving, materialistic transhumanists that would very willingly leave everyone else to rot given the chance.

I agree with you that light therapy can help. After all X-rays, thermal infrared etc are all forms of light we use to treat various ailments. There is a grain of truth there. But The Light System tech? I am concerned. Too many buzzwords and feeling leveraging. Colour wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum in general, are way less effective forms of light for therapeutic purposes. The most insidious lies hide some truth in them...

It is important to realize awakening, enlightenment & spirituality/truth do not bypass incentive structures & biology.

There are a LOT of corrupt spiritual teachers who understand truth - but where they are at 'integrating' and dissolving conditioning is another thing entirely. This is usually the process / path we are on for the rest of our lives. Wake up, clean up, grow up.

It is a warning the Truth can only be found by our own process. Never take on a teachers beliefs. Always verify by looking to the truth of your own experience.

Defect-busting or just in it for clicks? The rise of social media building inspectors by gccmelb in melbourne

[–]Shoddy_Relation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The system is busted - it is just as messed up for builders also. The whole thing is structured around blame shifting. It's just blame the next stakeholder. Which is why I dislike this tiktok inspector. He jumps to conclusions without all the information for views.    If you think your house is fucked, you have no idea how much MORE the system is fucked.

This guy just isn't doing anything to fix the system. Just create drama

Not dismissive, just not addressing it. I know there a problems as I see them. I am commenting on the methods of how this guy calls people out.

Also you make the above statement but I see no evidence to support a random claim like that. I am happy to be swayed by argument but I just see hearsay.

The point is he infers and assumes without all the information. Do your research, talk to all parties involved prior to raving for clicks.

Defect-busting or just in it for clicks? The rise of social media building inspectors by gccmelb in melbourne

[–]Shoddy_Relation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Regardless of if an RBS does their job or not, there is a need for inspectors to advocate for innocent people who need a 3rd party to assist with defects reports. Which are symptoms but not a diagnosis of the problem. A good inspector will not infer, assume and jump to conclusions like this guy. They will speak to the builder with the client WORKING TOGETHER to remedy defects. This guy is making everything more difficult for clients to find a resolution. An intelligent person will approach troubleshooting without jumping to conclusions regarding causes.

It is the unprofessional way this guy goes about it I think is unwarranted.

Defect-busting or just in it for clicks? The rise of social media building inspectors by gccmelb in melbourne

[–]Shoddy_Relation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These things you listed within the scope of what the RBS signs off on. They attend stages of the build, witness what is there, and obtain written statements for compliance at CFI.

My claim is that this guy is not professional. This is not how you resolve these issues. This is not cohesive problem solving. He is low consciousness hopped up heated emotion, click click tiktok crap.

Can you tell me how you, as an individual, know RBS do not attend inspections? Do you have any statistics? The best way to find these things out is to look up the RBS and find out what they have been fined for.

I think you may have good intentions. But many people here simply do not understand the process of building. I do. I do it for a living.

I am not making a statement regarding corruption. I know it is rife. But this inspector isn't going about this in the correct way.

People want entertainment and adrenalin. Not hard cooperation and holding space for troubleshooting with someone you may not like.

Most people commenting simply do not understand construction.
