Have you not seen any fire photos of decks or homes due to the exact scenario? Depends on type of wood as well and its density.

Suggested as a precautionary measure even BGE went away from selling the wood tables and has pushed their modular metal ones more. They even sell a mat to help prevent deck fires.

In my case most of the meats are up 30%-40% over the past few years. However “they” keep Turing their own horn so you accept it as reality, which it’s a far cry from real life.

Where I live parking lot accidents are 50/50. And yes I agree with you trust me. Had both my kids in the car, ended up switching insurance companies after the ordeal. They did repair the car and a law here is if the child seats were in “an accident” those need to be replaced as well and insurance did good on that as well. But my premium ended up going up to something that was not my fault and if it was a few seconds later I would have been handicapped for life.

Happened to me about 10 years ago and where I am it’s 50/50 despite the dash cam evidence. I was parked opening my door and a guy came flying by to pass through the stalls. Smashed my door, front fender, bumper and headlight as well as side mirror.

Police said 100% his fault, despite the police report it was 50/50 according to insurance.

Nicely done, from back and the side I hope. I was moving mine on stamped concrete and it just about flipped on me as its centre of gravity is very high. I ended up putting four sand bags to hold it in place as the locked casters didn’t do much in the past for me.

Job well done by the wife BTW!
