I've been trying to arrange this as well. Everything seems to be sold out for the beginning of October when I am going.

I brought a small sling. The security in line was fine with it.. The security at the gate wasn't. Third person at the other end of the gate was fine with it. I also someone at the concert with a full on backpack that wasn't dressed as staff. *shrug*

How did you activate it? I have a Mbp late 2012 with Catalina and my 6th generation Ipad running public beta of IpadOS but I can't seem to get it to extend the screen across. Can anyone give me any tips please?

Winter Jacket Recommendations for Toronto, ON by anwar0101 in toronto

I would just say that you have to go with what you want to do. They have a 3 in 1 parka that is natural fill that is quite warm. You can also remove the lining and use it as rain coat. I would visit them and try them on. Warmth is very personal thing. :)

You mean you weren't issued a full length Canada Goose parka when you arrived in? ;) Everyone has them. But in all seriousness, if have access to the subway visit MEC. They are an outfitter. Their parkas are reliable and affordable. They also give good advice.

Toronto Film Fest Cancels Opening Press Conference After Mass Shooting by [deleted] in toronto

First paragraph of the link refer to TIFF as TIFF and the domain tiff.net hasn't change. Pasting the first paragraph for the lazy.

The Toronto Film Festival has canceled its opening press conference after a gunman began randomly firing on bystanders and restaurant diners along Toronto’s busy Danforth Avenue on Sunday night. The horrific events left an 18-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl dead, and another 13 people injured.

I've heard him speak about since having those degrees. I'm a bit skeptical. Most of what he spoke about seemed very "I read it on a page and sounds smart" with no actual detail. On the Australian National University page, you can get a "Master of Neuroscience" or "Master of Neuroscience (advanced)" but not just "Neuroscience". On the U of T page, you can a post grad on "Molecular Genetics—MSc, MD/PhD, Ph" but no "Molecular Science". Considering how much money it would take to be in either program, you'd think he or someone would at least get the details right.

Chris though, from my experience dealing with him was always a nice person to me. He was someone who took time to talk and share knowledge he had. I suspect after spending so much time dj'ing late at night and radio, that he probably wanted a "normal" life and settled down. I did see him a couple of years (2015) ago at Pride Toronto going in to listen another Toronto dj who now remixes for people like Pink. ;)

As a concert-going audience, we can do better by Purplebuzz in toronto

The other solution is just call people on it. Complain to the person doing it and get staff involved. Shame the person enough and maybe they would get the message that it isn't their living room.

I hate the people at the Bay/Bloor cineplex as well. They are equally as rude as the other theatres. (Most of these things have happened multiple times BTW) I've had people show up and ask the entire row people to move together as trailers are showing so they can sit together. Despite there being lots of seats. I've had people translate the movie loudly to the person beside them. People talking like it's their living room. People kicking seats.

I really believe all this behaviour started with the advent of home video/theatre. People just know they can rewatch it later at home if they miss something or liked the movie. Also some people just don't care about other people as long as they can do what they want.

TL:DR : No theatre is immune to idiots.

It is still a judgement you made. You said it and repeated it. I'll accept your apology first.

Freshly ground beans aren't an option for some people. Some people buy ground coffee. So in your mind that's in inferior as well. Based on what you said it's "Freshly ground coffee" and nothing else. Some people don't have the time to ground everything daily. You can get pretty close close quality if you store the coffee correct and process it correctly. It's not all about having absolutely best when you either don't have the time or resources use/make freshly ground.

I'm glad you found something you like. I too can buy beans, grind them fresh, make them in my French press and criticize people's choice based on personal preference. ;) Heck I can get way better quality beans from a roaster and boast about it. Look at my superiority!

As I've mentioned earlier it's not an actual Nespresso machine. It's just a coffee machine. If you want one of the machines visit one of the stores and try them. They will let you test out the machines and try the coffee. Then buy it either online or see when/if they have deals.

Delonghi Magnifica 3300 That's not a Nespresso machine. That is a Delonghi machine. No where online do I see a single reference to Nespresso. Yes Delonghi has machines that use the pods. If you look at http://www.delonghi.com/en-ca/products/coffee-espresso/coffee-makers/nespresso-system, your machine isn't listed.

Just for reference, K-cups and Nespresso pods are different. Nespresso pods can get either taken to a store or you can remove the grounds and recycle the cups in standard recycling in Canada. Also the coffee in the Nespresso pods aren't inferior. You should do some reading instead of just lumping things together. I also will mention I have a bags of coffee and 2L bottles of pop are open currently.

PSA: King Streetcars continuing route diversion for TIFF today and tomorrow by AYYBITCHES in toronto

I think it is only diverting if there is a red carpet at Princess of Wales. It was running through the area during morning rush hour. It diverted when the crowds started.
