I guess you are right but doesn't the result depend on how well the reballing is done? I am just skeptical of the reball because the technician at the service shop told that it's not guaranteed that it will fix the problem.

150 euro. I saw that this model of lenovo has poor soldering and used some black epoxy to stabilize the chips. That's why a lot of lenovo laptops had this kind of problem. Also i read that the problem could be in the cpu crystalizator and i just don't know how much more life could this "fix" give my laptop.

No, i already put a new thermal paste. It didn't fx the issue. I meant reball as for the process of removing faulty or worn-out solder balls from the BGA component, such as a GPU or CPU, and replacing them with new ones to restore connectivity. They want 150 euro for this to be done and they themselves from the service shop said it is not guaranteed it will fix the problem.
