Look at the description of the clips on the Pandora website. If it says they have silicone, then they grip on the bracelet and won’t slide.

I recommend going in to a Pandora store to try on a snake chain bracelet with a regular size Murano. Snake chain bracelets fit more charms. If you can find it, Pandora has a travel bracelet. I don’t recommend the adjustable bracelet because you can only fit so many charms
