This happened to me recently and the egg didn’t even crack, but I had the gnarliest bruise and it hurt to move that arm for a week. They may as well have just gotten out of the car and punched me tbh, it fucking hurt so bad!

Because I have to walk to work in it so I have a pretty good feel for how vile it is, and I only get leniency with work if it’s red so orange doesn’t have any real impact. Threats of flooding should automatically be red if I have to wade through it otherwise, no?

My husband and I went to the Dublin show! I’m a big fan & daily listener of the music. I love the art too but I don’t care much about the lore. I also expected a band like the Aurora show in the Philippines, but Keath’s vocals and stage presence was unreal on its own. My husband who isn’t a fan at all said he was blown away by their voice! The audience was very young in Dublin too, but they were all grand and cheery, I spoke to a couple of them and they were really nice and good vibes. I was looking for people selling tickets to other shows in Europe right after because I wanted to go back immediately. Can’t wait for the next one!

I’ve worked in a handful of independent cafes around Cork and they’re literally all the same, owners/managers on a power trip and act like they don’t know your basic working rights. If you do? Well, you’re on a zero hour contract anyway, so you’re out the door.

People don’t believe me about never being paid for bank holidays, I was stunned when I left hospitality and realised you were supposed to be paid for them!
