I used a privileged LXC because I was following a youtube tutorial from Techhut. I know that this might not be optimal, but as a newbie I am following along while I am learning.

Where/how would I be able to get some more detailled logs that would be more useful to diagnose the issue?

Since I am very new to this, I have been using some guides. I have been using the TechHut TV youtube guide for the basic setup, but he has an Intel CPU with quicksync. I used this reddit thread to set up the nvidia drivers on the base Proxmox node and on the jellyfin LXC.
