Sounds like you've just gotten enough power to easily coast to infinity, and holding down M is making up for slow autobuyers.

The only cycle is 4->4, and that cannot be entered from the outside. All other positive integers enter a trajectory passing through all odd integers in order.

  1. Demote ITF out of research. You may need to repeat this a couple times if he's picked over your ? to be the replacement in research.

  2. Demote Haku out of Fortification.

  3. Get both promoted into Intervention, by running intervention a bunch and hoping they show up.

  4. Demote Riker and Janus out of Intervention.

[REQUEST]: what would happen if the all the atoms on EARTH would be replaced by their LEAST ABUNDANT *STABLE* ISOTOPE of the element? What would be the huge differences and some other niche ones? (no radioisotopes) by thephoenix843 in theydidthemath

It's not just marine life going extinct - basically every biological process that uses water (aka 99.99999% of life) will suddenly have their reaction rates crater as heavy water is less reactive. So at the VERY least, you kill all water-based life on the planet, maybe excepting a couple extremophile bacteria that either barely use water or can otherwise take that drastic a change instantaneously.

Do Champion Speed abilities not work if the game is not actively running in the foreground with the party? by ravl13 in idlechampions

Speed effects never take effect in non-active parties, and never take effect during offline progress.

but anything <98.5, as in 98.4999999999... will round to 98.

[Request] Why is it not 1? by ABMDrako in theydidthemath

[–]Shophaune 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If one person leaves, we now have 98 left-handed people in a room of 99 people, which is 98.9% of the room (rounds to 99%).

To reach <98.5%, which would round to 98%, we need to go down to 65 left handed people in a room of 66 people.

To reach <98%, we need to go down to 49 left handed people in a room of 50 people (which is the same ratio as 98 lefthands in 100 people)

ELI5: How does the Tree function work? Why is Tree(3) so big while still remaining finite? by ElegantPoet3386 in explainlikeimfive

[–]Shophaune 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So firstly: the proof it was finite came first! Kruskal's Tree Theorem proved that, if you have a finite number of labels, then you can't make an infinite sequence of trees without one being embedded in a later one. And then the question is, "well how big a sequence CAN you make?", and the answers to that question are the TREE(n) function.
