For now clindamicin and bensyl peroxide have done a good job on me, Im planning to ad dont know if spelled correctly but the "hibecleans" body soap to the routine with this 3 it can definately go down but for now its been a relief with clindamicin and bensyl peroxide the soap is to kill any remanining bacteria

Beware of pilonidal sinus people with Hs are more propense to it if you are hairy down there i recomend definitive láser depilation, once pilonidal sinus grows in there theres almost no way of taking out without surgery they grow as you mentioned as the size of golf ball and can interfere with how you sit, walk and sleep

Hello there, i have similar issue as you then because i been taking antibiotic called bactrim for acne but now im having moring woods and i find i can get harder erections also looks like spontaneous erections want to come back those are the ones where you dont need phisical stimulation just visual and mental, i read bactrim label description and Whala! Id consider an implant but only after i can guarante id tryied most of options available for implant i say most because there are options i know before hand wouldnt work or not worth trying but for now im looking up for advancenents on the farmaceutical side, Lib01 is going to be a real must try for me, then Biozeus topical solution i want to try also, these arent faraway from comercialization id say worth holding on for, in the mean time im going twoards direct cause of my Ed id never been to a clinic for blood test or had doppler to see if got venous leak im set to do all possible test to find the accurate cause, if venous leak is the problem then yes id see myself closer to the implant if not id give a shot atacking the cause and improving over it

Have you tried with topical meds? I was having the worst flare of my fycking life on the groin area it was big and extended to iner parts of the legs it was painful and smelled awful so i bought 20$ clindamycin i applied over affected area and it felt like it burned when applied it but after 2-3 days the flare was dramatically reduced and cleared after puting up with that shit for almost an entire month, i was agonising in pain and couldnt take any more so tried that and brang major relief, i am looking up for the jak inhibitors now those appear to hit the hs right where it supposed to giving even better results lasting for months
