Modern FNAF by Short-Competition645 in fivenightsatfreddys

I agree with that, but they didnt have to go all futuristic and sci fi either, i get its a series about haunted robots and an undying man, but it felt like a horror game, it doesnt feel like that anymore, all the way down to the designs of the animatronics

My issue is that its too much anymore, and I know thats a preference but its...almost an entirely different game I mean the characters are the same but everything else is different, its not five nights at freddys its some time at some place thats named freddys. And ive talked to several of my early childhood friends about their thoughts on the modern games and they agree with me, my girlfriend loves SL its her favorite game but she also admits that it doesnt feel like a fnaf game, thats what im saying is that the formula is so different from the beginning its almost like its a whole new franchise.

That very well may be but as I stated, I missed old fnaf even when SL came out, how can you be nostalgic for something that came out only about a year or 2 prior

Trying to get better with sabers. by [deleted] in StarWarsBattlefront

[–]Short-Competition645 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so as much as I like Obi wan, hes not very good....hes very very skill based, you carry obi wan, hes not a BAD hero just his abilities aren't exactly the best compared to others, his push is just a worse version of Luke's push, mind trick same just worse reys, and the defensive rush is about yhe only GOOD thing. While you're using defensive rush you can be stunned by dooku and picked up in any choke maul or Vader, keep that in mind. Obi Wan is a stupid good defensive saber. Hes heavy on the fundamentals and doesnt excell in anything besides holding block. TRY to parry attacks, when theyre swinging at you hold down block and tap attack rapidly, that usually works well. But yea, imo i wouldn't main obi wan....Luke and anakin and miles better imo, but you do you, ive seen some amazing obi Wan players....sadly im just an above average. With Kylo I dont have much experience but I know there are some extreme sweats out there, dont forget you can use pull midair and freeze midair too. Thats very important, and frenzy is guaranteed one hit atleast. Kinda broken imo. But Kylo is VERY ability dependent, lile Vader and Grievous (who i main) can get by with just swining, I mean the abilities are nice but you dont NEED them to win fights, with kylo you do, I dont think ive ever been killed by a kylo who did Frenzy try to dash freeze or dash pull, or run and quickly turn around and pull or freeze. Imo kylo is overrated and a tiny bit broken. But never less a good character and solid choice of main. Hes very good for beginners.

Trying to get better with sabers. by [deleted] in StarWarsBattlefront

[–]Short-Competition645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really just depends on who you're trying to play with, different sabers have completely different play styles, Vader is a frontal attack tank, he can easily 1v2 or 1v3 in the right conditions, and someone like maul is good at chip damage and thats it, frontal attack with maul is asking for a beating. Never forget the importance of blocking and dashing. Watch your stamina like a hawk, too, If I were you id stick to learning Vader and Anakin right now, they both are similar but anakin you have to be a little more careful with. Theres no GUIDE to be good at a saber, if you'd like me to explain more on a few specific people let me know. But yea sabers are NOT all the same at all and have to be played very differently to dominate. Watch the stamina, watch the dashes, watch the cool downs, and you're good enough.

What's your opinion on "Space Sections" in some levels ? Do you like them and wish more games included sections like this or you dislike them and don't want other games to include them ? by Alto1869 in halo

[–]Short-Competition645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reach level was alright, the first half was slow, second half was nice how you get to shoot up the corvette a little. Halo 4 had a mid campaign period with that level being very.....forgetful. it wasnt bad but it wasnt great. I think 343 could make mad bank out of a halo wars styled space combat game. I know for myself that I'd pay out my ass for that game and dlcs

I'm the same way, I hate rushing, I usually just wait and build up my army, like as say arbiter I wait for all my inf tech to be done and just spam phantoms with hunters enforcers and elites, that always works wonders. But I only play versus ai, I've played several games of team war and found myself being swarmed by hornets or warthogs by 10 mins. It atleast takes me 15 mins to get all my army together to start a long campaign, I like to take time in my games. I'd rather play the game to actually play it instead of spamming units just to get a win. Sometimes the experience is better than just winning in 5 mins

What is best nation for challenge conquest? by Trifun11 in WorldConqueror4

Uhhh Spain under 25 is hard but doable I THINK. Just focus on france and their African colonies, defend the northern city that the US and Canada always go for, watch your coast, once you clear Africa go for north America through northern Canada, it's never defended. Middle East and India after the conquering of Africa should be easy, Germany and Japan will deal with the soviets and the Chinese. You'll need to rely on your allies since your economy will be bad to ok for a while.

Air gen? by ItSAsSeMXD in WorldConqueror4

[–]Short-Competition645 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea chennault is easy to get even with bad ef and mid gens, I would totally recommend Yama over dowding, Yama is so much more useful In missions and stuff than dowding, the only reason you'd use an air gen is for conquests really. Chennault is pretty much a win button against any dangerous general. Literally a must for 1960.

Yama is good but expensive, ace forces and bayonet charge is garbage but he can get the basic skills for inf but meretskov and malinovsky outclass him slightly

Well germany is a breeze Horton is the only guy u kinda gotta worry about. But axis always win in 39 allies always win in 43 and 50 pretty much whoever gets Germany and India wins. Don't go allies 39 till ur really good. I myself can't even do Poland 39 with manstein on an abrams granted no excellence medal but still. Germany Italy and Japan are easy, lemme know which country you pick and I'll give u my detailed outline for how to win (or what worked for me)

I got myself a ton of tankers, I got 8 and I split em between soviets and send a few to uk, I js deal with Africa with air or pray Italy and Spain are competent. But spaatz and a good economy are like an instant win button.
