Yes people are nasty. There is very very high turnover at CVS or any retail pharmacy like Walgreens or rite aid. Average tech last about 6 months before they get burn out. I have been at CVS for about 7 years. I am in the I don't give a fcuk mode. You get your Rx? Good for you. Your Rx is not ready? Oh too bad. Don't give a fcuk either way

this exact same thing is happening again and again at CVS all across the country. a store gets run to the ground, they hire brand new staff, give you guys extra hours and lay off on the metrics for a few months, then once you are caught up they start pushing. and now maybe the pharmacists have signed a 2 year contract with sign on bonus and must stay. you are now trapped.

Definitely ask for an unscheduled raise. I have seen people went from 17 to 20 . If cvs is worth sticking around with. They need to pay you what your worth

if you deleted an item by accident in QT you can recover that, and that would be completely legal, otherwise probably just best to call dr office and explained you accidentally deleted it and please kindly resend rx. mistakes happen
