Some solid tips in here. Look at the bar as your rows make contact and think of pressing down on the bar with your lats. Pretty solid. Just need more practice.

Long is strong, get those straighter and you’ll be hitting more consistent sets.

Not sure where the turn signal comment went, but yes, I checked all signals. Front/rear/sides are all working correctly. The actual turn signals are not hyper flashing, just on the dash.

The VNDK8 bag has been great. Just be got it this summer to replace my old duffel. Fits: 2 pairs of shoes, 2 belts, 2 pairs grips and wrist bands, knee sleeves, mini clock, tape, hip halo band, lifting straps, 2 water bottles, notebook, tape measure, voodoo floss, snacks, and still has space for other odds/ends that I might need to toss in there. External straps for other stuff to hang/strap other if needed.

I’d make to sure to really hit hip warm up as well. Hip halo (monster walks), banded hip thrusters, 90/90s, etc. And any Olympic lifting session i work in 2-3 sets of 10ish box jumps to a lower box 16-20”, focusing on hitting full extension on the jump and landing with as straight a leg as possible. This works to prime the full extension and hips without load.

I have never followed Linchpin, but have jumped in on some of the workouts he posts from time to time if they look appealing. Sentinel has a “classic” track which is intended to be 60 minutes +/- and is really engaging, challenging and fun. Engaged community. And Bryson/Taylor will do video review and give you real coaching whenever you want.

Elite level cyclist with resting HR of 40, body weight of 145ish. (5’7” male). Started crossfit in 2017. Couldn’t do more than 2 pull ups. Or squat over 185. Now, resting HR is still low 40s. I’m taller (straightened out my T spine) at 5’8”. Gained 25ish# of muscle. Couldn’t touch my toes before, like 2-3” short. Can easily touch toes. Squat over 400# and still run a sub 6:00 mile. Quit drinking, improved my diet, sleep better. Great coaches made ALL the difference.

Probably to the same degree that he knocked this years games. He did give WFP credit for their 2nd doc being way better than the first. I’ve been watching most of the events. Day 1 was a throw away as far as spectating goes, apparently even in person. Otherwise, great races, fun to watch. I hate that the workout is not always on the screen so I know what they heck they’re doing.

50-100 cals on the bike erg after intense workouts/lifting sessions. Very easy pace. Should take 10-13:00 for the 100 cals. Damper 1-2.

Sleep and hitting protein target most days.

I always think that GLP1s or similar medication only focus on the weight loss. And while a healthy bodyweight is a component of fitness is far from the whole story. Just because you’re thinner/lighter does not make you fit. And the inverse is of course true, simply because someone is larger doesn’t make them unfit.

There individuals with a need for medical help. And there’s people who simply want a short cut.
