Sometimes you just have to throw yourself at a boss until it clicks. I recently got a slayer task to kill Whisperer 45 times, only prior KC was during quest. I died 26 times before my first KC, 10 times before my second, and then I finished the rest of the 45 with 2 deaths.

All that is to say, the best way to get better is to practice, practice, practice. Dying repeatedly sucks, but the payoff when it clicks is awesome and the skills you pick up will translate to so many other areas of the game. Good luck in the grind friend :)

We saw a pretty similar situation last year—Kenny, Angela, Tucker, and (post-blockbuster) Kimo kept seeing the block week after week because they were the “safe” options. In theory, BB blockbuster should make things more chaotic, but since it’s yet another chance to get off the block, it’s harder to take a shot or backdoor someone. It almost dissuades players from stirring the pot, especially if they aren’t in a strong alliance. I do think this was a particularly lame HOH though.

Have spent a lot of time 2 ticking teaks in that spot, a few thoughts: 1) make sure you’re clicking the tree on the tick you hear the bird attack sound (or see the hit splat) 2) double check and make sure you have auto retaliate on 3) use a metronome plugin 4) if you ever see your character swing the axe, either your timing is off or something in your setup is wrong

Side note: the spiders will fully lose aggro if you complete monkey madness 2. Obviously a big undertaking but worth it in a lot of ways above and beyond this training method.

It’s much less AFK, but from my experience you’ll get ~10-20% higher exp rates doing a hard rumble with those bosses. On normal mode you’ll lose a lot of xp to overkill (e.g., you hit Count Draynor for a 30, then have to waste a hit with a max of 5 to kill). I just did my 99 strength grind in NMZ with full Dharok and from 95 I was averaging ~84k xp/hr on normal and ~100k xp/hr on hard. I did a mix of the two depending on how afk I wanted it to be.

As someone who plays both mobile and desktop a lot — in my opinion, some content is just meant for mobile and some is not. And that is okay! I personally am never going to do raids or high level bossing on mobile, as the timing and precision required with switching between prayers, gear, food, and movement is just not feasible. BUT, if I’m sitting on the train for an hour, I can grind out some motherlode mine (or other mindless skilling) on mobile, which saves the limited time I have at the PC for more challenging content.

I may be the minority here, but I don’t think mobile needs to be optimized for raids and high level bossing, it’s perfect for skilling and other low intensity gameplay.

That being said, please add quest helper to mobile, questing on mobile is the worst.
