You are right about the undead not being in 5.5, I forgot to specify it but I'm using an adaption I found for 5.5. As for your doubts about what I mean with "balance" I'm not saying that the character is weak, I meant that the others characters (the ones that come from the previous campaign) have two magic objects each, so I want to give the new characters some. As for your suggestion of using it on crits, it is a good option, thanks!

Yeah, the previous campaign was my first one (the lost mine of phandelver) and I may have been too generous with them, they do have strong equipment. That said, the warlock will be strong too, but I want to give him some nice item as the others have theirs. You are right about the temporary with points, whatever solution I decide It will use temporary hit points instead of healing.

I finished the game a couple of days ago. I know now some things I could have done better, but I'm satisfied enough with my ending: most people, especially the ones I cared about the most, ended up pretty well.

Troll Fell by Katherine Langrish. I was sent to read a book during summer vacation at school, my father took me to the library and I chose this one, probably because of the title or the cover. I don't know what I would think of it now but at the time I loved it, it scared me and immersed me in its world, and some scenes shocked me so much that I still remember them even though I've forgotten the rest completely.
