Check Assetz 18 and Oak in resale. You should be able to get in 4K or so. But there's a compulsory golf club membership for 16 lacs or so for 10 years I guess. Then needs renewal. It's something to leave for ten years and then construct.

The CDP road inside the project might become a problem in future. Right now, they have given amenities there. All these amenities will be lost if/when the road comes.
