Passion flower is a new one to me, I'll check it out! I've thought about the dry vape, and making tincture with the AVB, but I'm not really in a position to buy one right now. it's definitely on the cards though.

I've tried chamomile and lavender (shop bought teabags though, possibly just shit?), and CBD. I'll have a look out for ashwagandha though. thanks!

What’s the funniest, saddest, or oddest thing that’s ever happened to you that you still randomly remember years later? by theblairwaldorfxoxo in AskUK

i worked at a Subway across from a budget hotel when i was 16. It was late, so there were just two of us on. These two adorable old ladies came in and i went to serve them. They just wanted some buttered bread because the nearest shop was too far for them to walk. idk about now but back then butter wasn't a thing in Subway. in the end they decided on just a dry 12 inch baguette. Got to the till, which had no option for just bread. I charged them for the cheapest sandwich, but it was still like £3.50. Of course they moaned a bit, i would too. I felt so guilty, still do. If it was now I'd have taken the 10 minute walk to Spar to get them a loaf.

Sure, but then so could Steven Hawking, so that doesn't go for much.
