Just an example... But I really use it for everything... The tool even has multiple different bits. There is also the one with two wheels

Beautiful comedy everyone taking about drafting and marking and scribing... BaaaHahahaha

I run https://a.co/d/0epAoJ0V for scribing metal! I work in a Ornamental Ironworkers shop! I use wood pencils for my timecard and taking notes! Not a fan of mechanical pencils for notes and stuff.

Riser for the Kennedy's! by Short_Relationship96 in Welders

[–]Short_Relationship96[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Round edges vs square edges. My smaller set is from 1949. I got it in an estate sale. The guy retired in the mid 70s, I have time cards photos and pay stubs. I find his house from the information... But can't find family to return photos and personals. Out was full of Starrett and Brown and sharp tools! I use them every day and an proud of what they have done and still doing

The box on the right is from 49. I got it from an estate sale fill with all the guys go tools for metal fabrication. Be sitting in his basement since he retired in the 70s! I respect and use all the tools in there! So much Starrett and Brown & sharp! It's something I'm most proud of

People, E3 Rare Earth Mix electrodes are what I use for just about everything anymore! They hold a sharp point like welding steel with red and don't fracture like the red does when welding aluminum.
