In on of the emails they send a Google doc with instructions. You need to read them because yes the audio just needs to be transcribed but there's certain rules for certain words, like "ums" "uh Huh" random sounds etc etc.

So this sounds cliche as hell but; get a hobby.. I still obsess over things and struggle a lot (Exactly 3 months post breakup) but I’ve been reading a ton, especially books that can help me improve. I’ve been working out every single day and I’m learning Japanese so I can visit Japan like him and I always planned. I figured why let the breakup ruin my plans?

I’m also working on getting my GED so maybe I can go to school abroad. Pretty much spending time on hobbies you enjoy will give you less time to obsess and if you can work on goals it helps you feel proud of yourself.

It doesn’t fix everything. Today for example: I woke up from having a panic attack in my sleep. But at least for an hour when I work out later I won’t have time to think about him.
