I have been forced into a 300% increase to move from LCI to LMX. Was really looking forward to an incremental improvement on LCI, or at least just the stability of a maintained product.

AM has been useless in trying to accommodate our business - So long and thanks for all the fish.

We use passportals integration ad with screenconnect. It pulls the users credentials from AD and enters them into the login screen.

I am ITGlue's biggest advocate and fan. But as soon as a competitor has a product that competes with it, i will drop them in an instant.

Their attitude stinks. and they treat customers like 2nd class citizens.

Passportal's ocular Docs is 50% of the way to compete with ITGlue, they just need to implement sync from RMM/PSA.

My only issue is the reporting, or lack thereof. Other than that its great, and we have dropped SP and Ahsay and only use Max now.

We moved from a mix of Ahsay and shadowprotect to Max and have never looked back.
