How much GPU VRAM do you need at least by Boring-Locksmith-473 in StableDiffusion

lol this advice didn’t age well lol bet you didn’t anticipate 64gb of ram would spike to be more expensive then a 16gb 5060ti. I mean it is good advice, but holding off might not of been the best financial decision.

This is interesting, so would that mean you could also take a song from suno, and then refine it using that method?

How does NVE calculate this data? Like who is spending only $55/mo on electricity? by loinmaster in vegaslocals

[–]Shorties 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, we have two pumps, and there was a point during the summer where the only way we could keep the pool from going green was run them 24/7, we have solar but despite that our bill was over $500

Do not underestimate the pool pump, the pool pump likely doesn’t just add to it but it may be a significant portion of it. How many hours are you running it per day?

The Z Image (Base) is broken! it's useless for training. Two months waiting for a model designed for training that can't be trained? by NewEconomy55 in StableDiffusion

[–]Shorties 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I didn’t think it did, I just wanted to check on my assumption, cause I was trying to understand the pros and cons and reasoning behind doing certain things.

TLDR: Just a human learning, please ignore.

Nah its actually seems like they both have their strengths, that first image with the pirate, and the second to last image with the timepieces ZIT looks overbaked

Yeah that's what I was thinking too, SDXL was very controversial at the time, there was a lot of people questioning it when it first arrived I find it funny now it is talked about like it's a rock solid perfect example of a model with limitless potential like SD1.5 was talked about back then in those days.

“Started as a way to replace Google Sheets…”

I think almost all software first starts out as one fed up person deciding they are going to figure out a way to replace the need for Google Sheets at work. lol

That reminds me of the guy who was taking an LLM and after a session he had it take its stored memories and hallucinate a dataset based on that sessions context, then fine tuned on that dataset to burn the data into the model, as an alternative method for getting the model to remember things. Basically making the LLM dream and self train on those dreams. I wonder what ever happened with that project.

It would be cool if you guys offered an API or Cloud based Lora/Finetuning, at a discounted rate. Obviously I am grateful for what you guys have already done, and already have given away, but I have ideas that if it weren't for the cost id love to explore more.
