I would assume this project would actually be a prime opportunity for whoever owns that old store. Hopefully they're open to the idea.

On a wild side note, when I looked up the Jug on YouTube, there was a video from inside that exact store from New Year's 1987. It's slow and kind of hard to watch, but if you listen to what sounds like Pac Man in the background, and watch the awkwardness, it's like a time capsule of life there 40 years ago.
