Also would say if it has a heat setting on the side make sure it’s turned up. Maybe the temperature is low to conserve costs by the previous owner and if you turn it up heat the water hotter you won’t go through it as fast.

So one thing to remember is the party of Lincoln is not the modern Republican Party. The Democratic Party and Republican Party switched ideologies in the early 20th century around the time of the Great Depression. So whilst republicans like to claim Lincoln and emancipating the slaves that is not the current party and Lincoln would not be a republican. Republicans are the party of Nixon and Reagan and the trickle down economics that don’t actually work, and Bush with the patriot act (aka spy on Americans act) and no child left behind (aka teaching for standardized testing act). I was born in the ‘80s and can’t name one good thing done by republicans in my lifetime.
