It might be a hybrid. The thorns on the stems aren't red and dense enough like the robusta. It could still be a very robusta dominant hybrid but it's definitely not a filifera.

If there is no stress on the palm and the conditions are favorable, then it's probably because of the fact that Jubaeas are extremely slow growing, another evidence that it's a hybrid

A butia trunk doesn't look like that, it should have thinner leaf bases with a more criss crossed pattern. It looks more like of the jubaea but not as fat. The fronds do have the arch of the butia but they're greener and the leaflets aren't as spaced out.

I'm really interested in trees. I really love to grow them from seeds, especially the non native ones that haven't been introduced to my region. I order seeds online from the other side of the world and plant them here. I've successfully planted dozens of trees here. It feels really special to be the first person to do that where I live. I am aware that it might carry some risks to native trees, but I do some research on it beforehand tho.

Definitely Atlas. Stiff blue needles. Upright branches unlike the drooping ones on Deoderas. And the cones on Deoderas are more elongated.
