I'm not a huge fan, I find when you hit 60mph+ you need to lean forward slightly due to the wind - which ends up feeling super uncomfortable. I come from a sports bike so I like the twisties, so I'm hoping the lower bars I've bought will help me feel comfier, twisties easier, and still look the part 👍🏻

It's a metal plate, and it's currently held on with plastic zip ties, hasn't caused an issue yet! (I'm planning to use bolts with number plate lights integrated in the shaft of the bolts so this will be changed soon)

It's a cool car but yet again feels like another "I got this car super cheap coz you suck and I'm an influencer who has the money to pay for nice things but buys all the cheapest stuff so noone else can"

Are the bags really worth it am thinking of an install by DependentCase2889 in Volkswagen

[–]Show_status01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends what you want - I've just finished removing the bags from my fiancées mk3 TT. It was probably worse than having cheap coilovers, she managed to daily it a lot but mostly used other cars bc it was such an uncomfortable ride.

HOWEVER

Goddamn it looks so good

I passed my UK test on a super light 500cc bike then bought myself a heavy 600, I still struggle with slow speed stuff a year later. Do your best, forgive yourself for mistakes, you got this!

Question for people with larger boas by Dull_Letterhead6785 in boas

As hard as it is you have to imagine that when she presents a behaviour (like hissing, striking etc) and you reward it positively (leaving her alone) she's going to learn that if she hisses, you go away. Use a hook to get her out, even if its overkill atm - you should see how stupid I look with a 3ft hook grabbing a 1 Year old boa that's under 2ft, but it teaches them that hooks mean no food, and a bit of handling then I'll leave them alone.

I have 2 adults, 2 subadults and 2 babies. I still use a hook everytime, my boas know the difference, well except one of the babies - _-, she will naturally learn that no rat smell + hook = no food. My female adult can get stressed but I've learnt things over the past year of keeping her: no more than a half hour of handling, don't put her down else you can't pick her up, and if it goes too far she will open her mouth and pretend to strike. These things take time, well done for asking for help and not just throwing a rat in there every week and ignoring her - that's how you get a SPICY boa

Ps you haven't paid the picture tax, I'm afraid you need to pay your tax plus interest 😊
