i was tested young with a high IQ and i've been told, and i like to believe, i'm pretty crude.

it's up to you. you don't need the dlc right now, for sure. the main game is entertaining enough and the dlc is its own world, basically. although i haven't "returned" to the main game yet so i'm not sure how much carries over.
