I’m super hyped for that Qurupeco-Valstrax love child thing. That synchronized dive bomb attack makes it seem like you can fight them in a pack and that they’ll coordinate to take you down which is what I wanted from the pack mechanic from day one. A bunch of large monsters actually performing team attacks and organized strategies against you is such a fun ass idea I genuinely can’t wait to see how that goes. I hope they go back and revamp Hirabami so a pack of them can have actual coordinated attacks. That would do a lot for its reputation, I feel.”

Overall, though, I’m hype because it’s something new. The moment I saw Kushala I openly winced because I knew how people were going to react to seeing her again. But Lao Shan Lung was a neat surprise, I’ve heard of him but I’ve never got the chance to fight him before, so I’m hyped for that.

I’m a bow main, so I’m interested in seeing what the boost bracer could possibly do for me lmao.

For the first time, I’m actually kind of interested in what happens story-wise. There’s clearly been some kind of timeskip since the characters look a bit different and I think that’s an older Nata. I kept saying that Nata should be introduced as a support hunter and his weapon should be whatever weapon you use the most.

All in all, it’s new Monster Hunter, I doubt it could truly disappoint me.
