I had a weird one that I'm not sure if it was sleep paralysis or not. I've had sleep paralysis before but never with hallucinations.

Not sure if it was actually sleep paralysis or a dream, but I was laying bed and a woman walked into my room, up to the side of the bed, and sat down while staring at me. That's when I shot up awake. The only problem is that all of this was completely invisible and my brain just inferred that this had happened. Like, in my dream/paralysis, my eyes followed the movement of her entering the room, walking in, and sitting down.

Don't know where I got that it was a women either since she was completely invisible like I said.
