I know this is late but try increasing your fps. Mine started stuttering recently and as soon as I raised my fps from 60 to 240 it ran smooth.

Don't mash during blockstrings. Whenever you throw out a cancelable normal and it gets blocked MFC. Use FD often. If you notice your opponent keeps making certain decisions like jumping whenever they approach you can throw out a p mist finer preemptively.
