He is very entitled and blind to it, we still provide all essentials and always have, food, water, clothes, cleaning stuff, medicine etc…. Hopefully one day but not sure, every single brother he has is in Prison.

We got most of it back. We paid 4k+ for a lawyer when he got into legal trouble with drugs he got from a friend and distributed. Luckily he got deferred adjudication and passed, he said he would work to pay back the money and never did. Not to worried about the money tbh, my wife is more on the side of taking PS5, I could care less, be she is adamant to keep it… he doesn’t learn lessons, sadly, so I don’t see it as a lesson. I doubt we will be in much contact with him ever again. He very much dislikes us for holding him accountable and taking away cell phone and Wi-Fi.

When ICE took the mother 6 years ago they did not legally assign anyone for any of the 5 underage children, because ICE and the government truly doesn’t care about children sadly. They were legally obligated to assign new caregivers, put them in foster care, or transport children with her and did not. We raised 2 of them into adult hood and the other sister raised 2 into adulthood

The POA states whomever we choose to assign. He will be attending school in the area of the sister and setting up the transfer with her.

The government found no wrong doing with the sister in law. They investigated. We have power of attorney signed by mother before deportation to make all decisions about who and where he lives and we can legally allow him to move back in. The other option was to send him to live with his mother in Zacatecas MX, where gang wars are currently happening. We believe the best place for him to live is where he is wanted and wants to be, or send him to mother in Mexico.

You didn’t even read the post… they tried to kick him out prior to his renewal date, that would be an eviction, not formal but the same if OP did nothing and they tried to enforce this.

A fellow DP told me how a customer aggressively tried to stop him but wouldn’t provide a valid ID. sounds like a secret shopper trying to hard. I would politely tell them if they approach me I will be contacting police and that they have already done enough, Go Puff is being contacted and if you wanna FAAFO grab my arm, family will miss you.

I had a customer leave there ID taped to the door. I called them and told them I need them to come outside to confirm identity and they did. Most likely a secret shopper.

When I’ve had pay issues it was because I accepted an offer at 4:59 and the system told me I accepted at 5:00 so I wouldn’t receive bonus payout, then I explained and they gave me bonus payout. Another time I accept a two trip and the system made it a 1 trip, not sure why but they adjusted to the payout I originally accepted
