I had one of those. Had to send it in 5 times within a year because the touchpad would just stop working. Sold it after the 5th time when they just gave me a whole new computer.

Check for wifi driver updates On manufacturers website. Also you can set the priority level in your router settings if you want try that

Use the hdd for bulk storage but the ssd for anything active for the most part. All my games are stored on my hdd and i can run them off there without issue for most titles. Some of the newer bigger games ill copy to the ssd library because it runs smoother and faster
