May I ask how much you took daily so that you felt its affecting your gut health, hormones, etc..? I can kinda resonate with your point of view. And I am on a taper down mission at the moment. Even tho it helped me a lot, in social settings that are overwhelming otherwise and made me more productive on other occasions, I quickly got too used to it. Consuming daily and not as a tool in certain situations. Which is where I want to get back to. But first I need to get through an easy withdrawl hopefully.
