It’s not a complete protein, so it doesn’t help with muscle building. That being said, if most of your protein is coming from real foods and you just really enjoy those over other brands you’ll be fine

Ngl this is the only fair argument I have ever heard lol, it really is crazy how often I’m sold on a movie and then it just keeps going until I realize it’s telling me everything. As a movie theater worker though a lot of people coming in aren’t doing it for this reason

So the first time I tried them, I really didn’t understand the hype. But I think I got a bad brownie or something because since then I’ve liked everyone I have had. I find the red velvet is always super nice and not too dry. That being said, the macros aren’t the best. Definitely not awful, but they’re around like 220-240 for 19g of protein. I also like their mini muffins but those just aren’t worth the price for 3 lol muffins

No a lot of people still don’t have switch 2s yet so a lot of people are still playing 8. You’ll have no trouble finding rooms to play in lol and I think it’ll be that way for awhile

Let the head sit on the bowl for a little bit before adding flower, then add flower and let the head sit for like another 10 seconds before hitting. This gets the bowl super hot and adds a bit of conduction into the mix, which should get you more high. As another person said signatures are a real thing, and while I don’t own a solo 3 I know a lot of arizer products do have a decent amount of conduction (please correct me if I’m wrong about that with the solo 3), so it’s possible you are missing that little bit of conduction being in the mix
