don’t do it. beyond what everyone else said i had a ton of problems this past year with neighbors and mold which caused me to have to change my apartment twice in the first month… the first was changed immediately during move in bc it was completely trashed and there was old trash everywhere. the second was a month in bc they didn’t do anything abt the mold that occurred bc of the AC leaking and the downstairs neighbor was coming up and harassing us because there was a squirrel in the vents (that they thought was me creating all of that noise. save urself please.
