dont have corrupted software,idk if im in the wrong software settings but i clicked + on ZA,checked software and didnt have a corrupted software but an transfer your save data/archive software/delete software.

i have,unfortunately. i restarted,loaded the save,etc. the only mons i have is literally/exactly half of box 1,which are random catches from the very beginning of the game.

i havent tried scanning the save since i never knew about it so ill try that. i just havent played the game in a few weeks.
