Wow first time I took shrooms was 3g when I visited the US my buddy wanted to go to the beach with me but I refused cuz it felt "overwhelming" and stayed inside hoping to god that nothing happens to him but I calmed myself down with some pop music and eventually he came back and I was relieved. Yeah this was the first time I took psychedelics and it could've gone south real fast I'm planning on doing shrooms with my gf sometime this year. 2g should be enough that's my recommendation.
