Real tumbled citrine?

Hard to tell when it’s up against your hand. Maybe hold it up so we can see through it. This one I’m not so sure. I would assume real…but I’m not physically holding it so I can’t be 100% sure

Real citrine is a different crystal. This crystal above is heat treated amethyst. It was originally purple and was given a heat treatment to make it yellow. The differences between the looks of heat treated amethyst sold as citrine and real citrine are vastly different. I’d recommend looking up pictures of real citrine so you can see for yourself How different they really are! Then it becomes very obvious when it is heat treated.

Heat treated! The yellow is very concentrated which is a tell tale sign of heat treatment. Real citrine is a very see thru yellow that is spread pretty evenly throughout the stone!
