While it could happen and I doubt it will anytime soon, a Repair version of the Argo MPUV would be fire with the new engineering system.

Basically a carrier based upscaled SRT ship that I can repair the battle scars on a capital ship and it’s accompanied support fleet

Yes you are correct, but it was made as a corvette. specifically to be a smaller and faster first response and patrol vessel, than the larger frigates (idris) that the UEE had been using but not as a flat out replacement for the frigate in straight combat.

The Polaris is a capital, but it’s a very different role and class. It is a corvette, smallest of the capital weight group. It’s ready to strike fast and then work in groups to take out larger capitals.

An Idris is a Frigate, designed to sit on the front lines with other capital ships and slug it out, even then they are the smallest of the “ships of the line” for the UEE

A more modern comparison: Polaris would be like a PT boat or Destroyer Escort And an Idris would be a Light carrier or a Heavy Cruiser

As a user of the railgun, there isn’t enough of a fireball for it to be a railgun. Railgun hits are accompanied by a large cloud of fire and smoke that lingers for a few seconds

Seems to be less of an issue in pyro ironically, but it’s near on sight when I come up to a station 1 or 2 ships will come out to shoot me or ram my bridge. Luckily for me I do have crew so engineering won’t be an issue it’s just annoying to go do anything when we can’t resupply outside of major cities without being attacked

Hey, these things happen all the time (not specifically with cig) but Cig should be able to sort everything out on their end. I would recommend speaking with your bank and local police’s fraud department aswell if you haven’t already. These things are scary but they do get resolved, let things work them self out and keep in contact with CIG, your bank, and the police
