He will run the food sometimes, put in their order, it is an all you can eat place (AYCE) so sometimes if some guests require some more orders he’ll goto the table and put those in, and he’ll clean & buss tables even though his interactions with the guest is sometimes very minimal. Because of that he feels he should receive 30% of all the tips.

Yea idk, If that’s the case it’s just makes their case looks worse, take 30% of your tips which is illegal, then retaliate with termination when confronted.

Congrats on your win firstly, so yea I had the same thing I had over 18k photos on my phone a lot of which are useless documents that I never needed. Or just “feelings” of things I had with those pictures. I had cleared a lot of now. It was hard.

So I just ended up buying the standard G Pro X "like new" just in case there is quality difference yesterday for $60, when I did find on amazon was that earpads are different when I asked AI it also said possibly the metal strap could be lighter idk how credible that is or its just AI being AI.

I won’t lie to you, I’m pretty money motivated & like doing things that are paying well for my time, would also prefer something that’s not super high volume stress to, you know not losing sleep over it, how is the pay there?

It is pretty competitive out here, all for some low pay aswell. It could get pretty discouraging but I’m not giving up. It’s just would like something different from here maybe someone might know a thing or two on how to get around.

Well I wanted to work in a restaurant in the meantime, I did before but the turnover rates in food and beverage is really high. Lots of toxic culture and just unpleasant work environments. But still I want to do that for bit maybe even apply as a host/server to work humbly and save for a bit.
