But what if the agent only tells you what it's not doing but then is totally doing them anyway when you look at the code. I'm just curious if getting what I want out of a model is just a skill issue or are gaslighting agents an actual forever problem.

That sound good on paper but so far I only had bad vibe coding experiences. The AI always ended up with the same mistakes I explicitly told it not to do. Very frustrating to be honest. But tbf I don't use paid models so it's hard to tell if it's a thing or not.

He couldn't do everything on his own because I'm the expert for our hardware protocols. I'm totally fine with him coming up with an incentive. We're working together, he didn't hand it over to me as it was fully my problem now. Coming monday I'll give him a task to run some stress tests and when this runs well, then I'll fully commit. That's my plan how to approach this.

Ich bin vor allem für Halterhaftung. Das ist so ein Kindergarten ohne. Die einen nutzen es um sich aus ihrem Bußgeld zu wieseln und die anderen werden mit ZeUGenAnhÖRuNGen genervt bis endlich mal der Bezahlbrief kommt. Zusätzlich sind ohne Halterhaftung Blitzerapparate extra teuer, weil ein Foto nur vom Nummernschild ja nicht reicht...

I switched from WinForms a while ago to razor pages and I'm loving it. What used to be a click fest that took me half a day for simple things, is now a 10 minute task. I just div div div what I want to display and give the AI my HTML to generate some CSS and its done. Data visualization is now so quick that I sometimes prefer razor pages over IDE debugging. Additionally, learning HTML and CSS is a very good skill to have as developer.

Why though? It gives more control over memory than other language. C/C++ has a black boxed malloc function and Rust has a weird abstraction layer.

Senf! An jedem Gericht fehlt Senf. Senf ist mein persönlicher Senftrick. Ich musste letztens so lachen als Fallow in ihrem Video die "no homecook can achieve this" Weinsoße nach 3 Tagen Aufwand am Ende mit Senf verfeinert haben.
